Monelite Oy ("us", "we", or "our") operates the paladin.ac and pld.ac websites and the program (the "Service"). Definitions

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Monelite Oy is bind by the General Data Protection Regulation to legitimise processing of personal data as determined by article 3 of this regulation.

We may process your Personal Data, as a controller, for the following purposes:

  • Client managing - the processing with this purpose is lawful for the performance of a contract in which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the prospect client prior to entering into a contract;
  • You have given us permission to do so, through specific and clear consent that is registered – when there is another purpose for the processing of data that is not included in the acceptance of our terms of service, we ask the data subject for specific consent relating with that specific purpose;
  • To comply with the law – if, in a given circumstance we are asked by legal authorities to provide information or data, we are obliged to do so. Nevertheless, this information will be available if you ask us about it.

Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with fiscal laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We can retain anonymised usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

We may use processors for hosting services to enable our job or for billing.

When there is transfer of data, Monelite Oy assures that:

  • The processor hired is compliant with the GPDR, through a contract or agreement in accordance to its directions (when the processor operates within EEA)
  • The processor signs a Data Processing Agreement with Monelite Oy that assumes its compliance with Privacy Shield, or that includes the model clauses approved by the European regulators (when the processor operates outside EEA)

Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
