We are registered in Finland under company number 3128605-6. Our VAT number is FI31286056. For the purposes of these Terms, "Website", refers to paladin.ac, pld.ac, as well as the other websites that Monelite Oy operates and that link to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Website. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or the products provided by said website, operated by Monelite Oy.
"Products" means, any product, subscription, application, or account, sold at or by Monelite Oy, the website or its affiliates, or given access to by another user.
"Account" means, user accounts accessible at the Website.
"Code" means, any machine code ran, temporarily stored or permanently stored inside or by the Products.

"PIN" means, any 5-digit code fetched from the Operations page to use with the tool
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us: that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have parental consent to register and that your use of the website is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
By agreeing to these Terms, you agree not to
attempt to abuse, defame, hack or attack the Website, its Products or its infrastructure
chargeback or otherwise reverse the payment for products sold by Monelite Oy.
attempt to reverse engineer the Products.
access or attempt to access an Account on the Website that you don't own or have the right to access.
share an account with any one other than yourself.
maliciously self-testing a cheat.
knowingly assisting in cheat development.
making some stupid showcase for a cheat.
sharing PINs for non-screensharing purposes or for someone else to perform them.
We may at our sole discretion suspend or terminate your access to the Website and its Products at any time, with or without notice for any reason or no reason at all. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website and its Products at any time (including, without limitation, by limiting or discontinuing certain features of the Website or its Products) without notice to you.
You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated.

By joining or being the Owner of a Group, you agree to the same terms as you would buying the product. Groups are only allowed to invite users who are publicly associated with the external group that the Owner is part of, or that have been specifically approved by the Website's administrators. Paladin reserves the right to remove users, edit roles or terminate a Group entirely if these rules are not followed. The Group Owner is also responsible for all actions, good and bad, done by the Group's users. Paladin is not responsible for any information leakage caused by users of a group accessing results of a PIN that they did not create themselves.
You agree that you will be responsible for your use of the Website and its Products, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monelite Oy and its directors, affiliates and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Website or its Products.
Monelite Oy reserves the right to make modifications to these Terms at any time. Revised versions of these Terms will be posted to this Website. Unless otherwise specified, any modifications to the Terms will take effect the day they are posted to this Website.
